Description: This artwork represents my old people gathering whitcherty grubs and other insects for the tribe. In most cases, it was Women's business (and children) to gather these, however in some Aboriginal Countries it was also Men's responsability too. These bush tukka's contained high sources of esssential protiens to keep our people healthy and flourishing.
